How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days and dispatch them the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, items may arrive in separate parcels due to different sourcing warehouses. Don’t worry—all items in your order are on their way!
Product Origin
We source our curated product range globally to bring you the best in health and beauty. While many products are shipped from UK-based suppliers, some are dispatched directly from our international partners to help reduce costs and delivery times.
Customs & Import Duties
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). However, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country’s customs regulations. These are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned Items / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection, or non-payment of customs charges, we will refund the item cost only (excluding shipping). Alternatively, customers may request reshipment for a flat fee of £5 per item.
